EyeJBee Ltd - Coaching & Development Solutions for Lasting Change - began in 2003 when Irene Bayliss wanted to share her passion for helping others achieve their maximum potential in business or personal life through transformational change, using innovative techniques.
With experience in facilitating learning & designing innovative programmes to stimulate & motivate change, Irene's experience also includes financial services management, sales management & trainer team management working for a national retail bank for 14 years & a top ten building society for 10 years in senior positions.
A business and executive coach, mentor, coach supervisor and training consultant, Irene holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching from the University of Chester, coaching diploma status from Coaching & Mentoring International (CMI) and coaching supervision accreditation from CMI. A licensed user of psychometric assessments for emotional intelligence, leadership and mental toughness, Irene also holds a number of training and financial services qualifications.
In her second year in business, Irene was a finalist in the Business Woman of the Year, Inspirational Business Women's Awards in the West Midlands.
A member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Personal Finance Society.
We work in collaborative alliances with selected other partners - we are delighted to be associated with JS Coaching and deliver coaching workshops in the higher education and outplacement fields.
Irene is committed to sharing her passion for coaching and for the past 5 years has been co-leader of the midland based coaching group, Coaching Connections, who meet monthly to share & develop best coaching practice. Irene also enjoys skiing, keeping fit healthy and relaxed, formula 1 motor racing and visiting european capital cities.
EyeJBee Ltd work with a select number of associates who hold recognised qualifications for their specialist area & have the required corporate experience to add value to the development experience. All of our coaches are committed to receive coaching supervision to maintain standards and benefit from restorative support.
Our solutions include coaching for managers, executives and individuals, innovative training and development design and delivery for organisations, psychometric profiling and coaching supervision for coaches.
